For many museums and academic institutions, Art and Science exist at opposite ends of the spectrum of human activity. Art employs imagination and intuition. Science relies on testing and empirical data. Art plumbs the depths of human emotion. Science probes for facts. Art produces beauty. Science delivers the truth.
